The foundation of compensation management is to get your base pay levels, pay structures and review process right. Projects undertaken include:
- Compensation consultant to US parent companies, of UK (and other European) Compensation and Benefits practices to support the recruitment and relocation of executives and setting up UK operations
- As part of a major cultural change programme, designed competency based pay, grading and performance management systems for a unionised Japanese manufacturer
- Developed a new role level (grading structure) to replace three existing systems
