Rewards Consulting is an independent pay and reward consultancy specialising in employee compensation and benefits.

Our reward consultants work with clients across the UK, advising organisations on designing and implementing effective reward strategies, compensation and benefits programmes and a bespoke job architecture.

Rewards Consulting was founded by reward strategy expert, Michael Rose, MA, CCIPD, ACII, previous Vice President Reward for the CIPD and author of three books including Reward Management, published by Kogan Page now in its third edition.

Meet Elaine Murphy, Reward Consultant

Elaine Murphy is a UK based independent reward consultant with extensive experience supporting organisations with reward projects.

Elaine has a postgraduate qualification in human resource management (HRM) and is a member of the CIPD. With over two decades of professional experience, Elaine works with organisations to offer practical advice and support on employee reward, from reward strategy and governance, incentive plans, employee benefits to job architecture and pay frameworks.

Elaine has experience supporting businesses across many sectors, including energy, technology, professional services, financial services, fintech, FMCG, health and social care and charities.

Elaine can help to review your current reward strategy and programmes, including pay, bonuses and benefits, develop or review a job architecture and pay bands or clarify your approach to reward governance.
